Meet Carolina Ortiz

Carolina has helped clients find the right insurance for their needs for over 15 years, making her an expert in the industry. She is bilingual and is able to serve a wide range of English and Spanish-speaking clients.

After years of working for Affordable American Insurance, she decided to begin her own venture and started PA Agency Inc. Her work ethic and attention to complex insurance coverage and documentation is higher than any normal industry standards. Carolina is motivated to find the solution to any issue and make it right. Her knowledge and skills in implementing processes for both personal and business lines of insurance are highly reliable.

Outside of the office, Carolina enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is an active member of her community and volunteers for Spectrum Advocacy and for an annual conference called Parents Encouraging Parents which is provided by the Colorado Department of Education.
